Unrecogzabale Audio Codes and no display.

I have some HP Vectras with P4 processors that are not booting at all. All they do is when switched on, they give out queer sqeaking noises - about five or so such sounds and finally one faint beep and that's all. No display is shown and no other activity. What could be the problem? Or could I have a table of HP Error codes, both audio and text, as I work with a lot of HPs. Hope you will help. Thank you.
