Error on camera

I have the Sony DSC T1 and it has a Memory Stick Error C:13:01. I called Sony representative, he tried to help in recovering the pictures and nothing work. We tried reset the camera and taking the battery out. Does anybody know of another option? I don't want to lose these pictures!!! Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
