Power fuse keeps blowing

Looking for help for my Slyvaina model # sst4324s

One Day my Tv set wouldnt turn on , so I opened it up and noticed the fuse by the power supply was blown went to radio shack picked up more fuses they would all blow when I would plug set in.What should I do? Greatly Appricated Rick
