Engineer Consultant

I work for an expert witness that specializes in audio and videotapes. He is looking to find a consultant that has the ability to anaylize evidence for edits on DV Tapes or mini DV Tapes. If someone could send me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. Thanks for your time. Julie
