My TV is all Black and white. My Menu is stil in colour so I belive the picture tube is ok. I may have selected something in the menu screen to make it this way. Just want to Know how to change it back or if it's more serious.

My TV was flipping through the Menu options on it's own. I was hitting the buttons to try and get i to stop. when it finnaly did stop it was all in black and white except for the menu screen is still in colour. I just want to know how to cahnge it back.
