CAM-301,PC CAMERA sn-303-m USB port Help in locating cd-rom or downloadable package

Located Shenzhen SUNSKY Technology Limited and E-mail the company for help i was unable to get any help. The camera was sent over from perth as a present from my sister.She is now traveling Europe and is not contactable. I can not use the the 4X speed CD-ROM as there is a split ( crack through the disk) how can i find softwear to install it.Can you help me find this or can surply the softwear please?
