HomeLost ability to take a sharp picture After 3 years of perfect reliability camera suddenly can't focus and has lost the ability to pick out red colour. When zoom in on a picture it shows lots of black horizontal lines. The camera has not been dropped or anything. Any ideas?

Try the Sony website and look out for an article on digital imaging announcement. Sony have a range of digital cameras and camcorders with faulty CCD sensors. They will repair thisfree of charge if the sensor is faulty. It seems from your description that your sensor is faulty. The P10 is one of the cameras listed as faulty. |
