Technics RS1500 functions O.K. but the beaks "auto active" after one second in all functions..

I have got a Technics Open Reel RS-1500US. Suddenly don’t work anymore, any reason apparently. All function (FF, REW, Play, etc.) start O.K. but immediately stop, (1 second later). I notice that the electro-brake is engaged (solenoid is defeat) one second after any function is selected, that means no movement is permitted, consequently the selected function is turn off. The three motor are O.K., solenoids are O.K. This equipment never was repaired and never internal maintenance performed. I don’t have wiring diagram. I defeat two break (I loosed the break system liberating their two screws partially) and work all function normally, of course in stop way the tape is not steady in place, this was a test only. I notice in this test all functions is O.K. I try changing all electrolytic capacitor (9) of logic board without successful. Could anyone suggest what might be wrong? Thanks. Patricio Gonzalez.
