Hello Sir, I have purchased aJVC camcorder at Dubai- model: GR-SXM470A a couple of years back. I have hardly used the camera during my house hold funcions. since last two years I am facing the problem of suto switch off on "safe mode'. I have consulted several service agents in Mumbai. they guided me in changing batteries and the casettes. but still the problem continues after half an hour use on recording or playing mode. now I have not used the camera since past one year. I am using exetarnal batteries. Thanks if some one help me to solve this. other wise this once upon a time very expensive camera of no use. reg. Bye
