my ps2 was makeing weird sounds and scratching disks so i took apart too see if there was something wrong inside then when i put back together and re-pluged it in it wouldnt turn on?plz tell me what i should do oh yea and there was a line thing on top of the ps2 it was silverish and taped on by white tape and also something that says A-20 on it came off too and i dont know were to put it back on at plz e-mail me with what i should do?
