the dvp-s360 will powerdown by itself upon turning it on

i have had this dvd player since 2001. i'ev had few problems the c 13:00 only when over heating due to lack of ventelation. now all of a suden the unit will no longer stay powered beyond the stand-by mode. will not eject dvd in the player or even attemt to play it the drive will not spin. i have remove the disk. the board shows no sign of burn, the only visable fuse is good and no other signs the the board or moter has burnt out. if you have no input on my situation please send the circut layout so i can check the oms of the circut path ways to locate the error. thank you paul agostino
