Out of focus

Hi guys, I am facing a problem with my nv3500 its going out of focus. motor is working well but its u know cant make the things look clear. can anybody tell me whats wrong with the cam.im so sad what happend.please letme know. im waiting for anyhelp. Thanks Rahul
