Blue convergence just went poof !

All of a sudden, the blue offset about an inch or so to the right. Using the convergence control on the remote can move the blue left and right, but not back to center -- it's all offset and a bit wiggly to boot. What burned out? Do they make the parts anymore? Thanks for any info!
