sony dsc-s60 lens open when dropped..won't operate now

Just wondering what I might can do and what it would cost me to have this fixed. The lens does the typical trying to extend but never makes it all the way. Then says to turn off power and retry. Never been wet and is only one month old. Thanks for any info.
