Anyone know where I can purchase a replacement LCD monitor for my camera a Leica C-Lux 1.

I live in Pertn Australia and would like to purchase a replacement LCD screen for my camera. Dropped the thing and the LCD screen is cracked.Leica part number is 423069801048. I have heard it is actualy a Sony Screen, is this true, if so what would be the Sony Part Number. All help much appreciated.
