vaio audio problems

hello to anyone.i gave the VAIO VGN-BX197XP.Everything is fine i love it but i have low sound.the volume in programs i use to listen music is max.in BIOS i remove the volume to number 8 (maximum) but the sound continued low.where is the problem?if theres is not a problem i can say is very bad for the name of sony vaio to have low speakers to laptop.pls help me.if you can send me the answer to hiv13795@hotmail.com. thanks a lot and sorry for my english.george from
