Any FREE programs that convert Canon's RAW video format .WVI to Xp Windows Media Player (WMV)?

Basically, Canon's WVI is an uncompressed format built into the SD30 dig camera. I would like to convert WVI to WMV or to MPG and am looking for any FREE programs. Looked at STOIK.com but unless the receipients PC has it installed they can't view the video you send.
