Dear Sir/Madam, I bought a battery((SDV-BN-507 7.2V 1300mAh) for JVC video camera from Far East Electronics(545 Orchard Road,#01-17,Far East Shopping Centre,Singapore 238882) on 06.06.2005 during my visit to Singapore. I did not try to use the battery when I was in Singapore. After I came back to my country, Turkey, I tried to use the battery; unfortunately it did not work. Thereupon I went to an authorized service of JVC in Turkey to figure out what the problem was. They said that this battery is out of order and can not be fixed. Since I had been using the other batteries that I already had, I realized this problem late. I have never been able to use the battery since I bought. I would like to learn how I can change this battery with a new one or alternatively whether I can get my money back. If you could give me some information about what I need to do to solve this problem, I would be so glad. I am looking forward to your reply. Kind regards,
