Hi, I have a JVC GR-SXM730U. The camcorder will not play tapes. I checked the tape mechanism and that seems to be working. When a tape is in and play, FF, or rew is selected the tape moves, but the screen is blank and the counter stays on 00. Any help troubleshooting the problem would be greatly appreciated.
