Trouble with PSP panel

I recently changed screws on the lower half of the PSP's back panel. The analog is recognizing inputs that I haven't put in. I think it has to do with the screw in the lower half. It seems a little loose but when I hold it down tightly it will work just fine. It is not the original screw - should I replace the screw with a different screw on the PSP(from the upper half or under the battery) or should I get a new screw? If so I am not sure what the size of the screw is. Anyway, thank you for your time. Daniel McCuddin
