I have just bought a Sony P200, got an extra 2gb Sony MS Pro Duo and adaptor (figured i might want to use it in my Sony mobile phone). Anyway I never got a chance to use the card because of the C:13:01 error. I cleaned the contacts and wiggled the card around in the adaptor a bit in my card reader then put it in the cam and it works. All it seems is that the contacts are a bit poor and tarnished. Hope this is of help to someone with a new card.
