Hometurn the camera on to record something but it say "lens cap" when i turn the camera on to record it comes up with the message lens cap. although there is nothing covering the lens. i dont know what has gone wrong i have a jvc GR-DX25EK ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRICIATED

The symptoms you describe are typical of CCD failure. Jvc are repairing CCD faults (lens cap messages, etc) free of charge. Try the link below and click customer notification icon. Regards, Peter Brereton http://www.jvcservice.com |
