hello, i have a JVCGR-D72U camcorder...it has been working fine and the other day the display screen is now showing hundreds of color vertical lines. when i put the lens cap on they go away and the screen has some grey shading and black,. when the cap is removed the humdreds of vertical clor lines reappear...it looks like the camera is trying to focus but you are unable to see anything...The viewfinder also displays the same image, i assume they are somwhow connected... do you have any idea what is happenig and what i an do to fix it? is there a way to rest the camera from a service menu etc? any help would be great.
