can anyone tell me how to fix this

JVC AV-27120 erratic volume my tv volume goes up automatically and even though I can turn it back down either manually or by remote it will go right back to full volume. I have taken the back and circuitboard off and have determined that none of the switches are stuck.. any suggestions????//
