Hello, I hope this msg reaches you. Well I have a JVC D-series Tv. my friend gave it to me when she was moving out. Its model number as on the remote is RMC252. The problem is the visual on the TV screen keeps moving up and down. Like in videos we can V-hold it but this one dont have any button on remote or TV to stop the visual on tv screen from moving up and down . The channels can be obtained my autoprogramming. But like i said before the screen moves up and down and there is only noise sound. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can give me
