You will need to see if your camera is covered under an extended warranty at JVC. If you go to there website, they will have a customer notice with a list of model numbers that are covered under this extended warranty. Go to http://pro.jvc.com/prof/support/emailsupport.jsp fill out the form and ask to see if they can repair for you at no charge. Good luck, AL |
