This is coming up when I turn my video camera on to play

When I first turn on my camera to play it shows this message, when it is on automatic it shows this message but the video is in the background, the camera will do nothing at all except for this. If you have the answers to what the problem is, I would really appreciate it if you would please send me an email with how I can solve this problem.
