need help to find out how to get my camera out of safegaurd mode. I reattach battery and everything it says and it doesnt change. any one know what to do?

hi, i have a gr-dvl725u. I do not have the serial number because it has been ripped off. My camera says it is in safe guard mode and to reattach the battery. It is error EO2. I follow the instructions and it keeps doing the same thing. i also think it is wierd that i am able to still use mempry mode just perfectly and take as many photos as i want. If u know anything i could do that would be great.
