Okay, Just please, Take time to read this!!!

Okay, when I go on my sony camara(it's the ones that take the floppy disks), and when I go on it, it says "NO DISK" and then I format the disk, put it in, and then like, says "DRIVE ERROR", could you help me out here? please!
