Problems getting IMA-3303 to communicate to the door speaker (IS-69).

I installed an IMA-3303 this weekend and everything on the system seems to be working ok with the exception of the door speaker. I can hear the person at the door speaker at the master station, but I cannot communicate with the person at the door. I used the Nutone wire (IW2) and the chime is working correctly. Any ideas?
