Home | First message in thread | Previous messageJust had this problem and managed to fix it. I powered on WITHOUT a tape inserted. Display came up OK. Then inserted tape and all worked fine since. Don't know why, but it's fixed now. Maybe this will work in your case.

I just tried the power on without tape and it seems to work fine now, well at least it doesn't tell me to reset to operate, it just doesn't play back anything i may have taped!! So i don't know if it's recording or if it just needs chucking out! |
