Desperately need 240p! Please help

Justin Posted Jun 08, 2006

I have a source signal which can be either VGA or 480i, composite or S-Video, as needed. I need to display this signal on my TV at 240p, "pseudo-non-interlaced". Please help me do this!

I have a source signal which can be either VGA or 480i, composite or S-Video, as needed. I need to display this signal on my TV at 240p, "pseudo-non-interlaced". I have checked my TV's service mode (TV is a JVC AV-27430) and it doesn't look like there's a setting to turn off interlacing and force 240p, as some TVs have. What are my options? I know there are expensive converter boxes I can buy, but I can't afford to spend much on this. I need a cheap solution. Please reply or e-mail with info! Thanks in advance.
