Stacy, I have JVC TV Model: AV-27920, on my work bench. If the TV has sat for a while, I can plug it into the wall, and without doing anything else, the TV comes on(sound) and I can hear the tube firing up. The TV comes on for about two(2) seconds and then turns off. The red standby LED blinks at a dim slow rate. I need tech info and all suggestions. Thanks, William Baker w.baker6632@comcast.net
