I have a JVC GR DVL355, i have found that when I try and power it from the mains lead there is no power recieved to the unit, this holds 3 problems as i cannot charge the battery,cannot connect it to my computer and use it to film by mains either, is this the cause of the backup battery or something please get back to me i am currently halfway a project and need this to be fixed quite urgently thanks Ozy
