pincushoning on all aspect modes

first--had ghosting on images-replaced both stk's and fixed problem--but now there is excessive narrowing at the top and bottom of picture--please e-mail me service manual and or default codes in the service menu (sleep timer-then display/video status buttons)..to fix this problem--thanks for any help....bob
