Camera seems totally functional except it won't charge the battery. I've replaced the battery but it still will not charge. They charge light comes on but goes out in about 10 min. with the battery not charged.

My Sony DSC P150 camera seems totally functional except it won't charge the battery. I've replaced the battery but it still will not charge. They charge light comes on but goes out in about 10 min. with the battery not charged. Could you please give me some idea about the estimated cost of fixing the camera's problem.
