I came across this post on a google search. I have a Sony DCR-TRV120 and have a C:32:11 error code that ocmes up. I can also no longe load a tape as the door will not latch and the system will not accept a tape. There was a tape in it, which I was able to get out (and had the same error code). Now the unit is not usable as you cannot load a tape in it (or close it without a tape). thanks for any help or assistance you can provide. Ken.
