tv stuck on channel 02

Two days ago I turned on my jvc television set model av 36850 and all I got was snow. All that showed was channel 02 on the screen. I can change the channel which shows on the vcr (and the sound changes for each channel) but there is no picture. I have tried the video 1 (no picture at all), the video 2 (no picture either), and then the last option which gives me snow. Please advise what to do to correct this problem.
