Looking for a vision mixer , video mixer , video switcher , vision switcher , whatever you want to call it!

Looking for a vision mixer , video mixer , video switcher , vision switcher , whatever you want to call it! Needs to have built in frame synchronizer / time base corrector , and needs to be at least 4 channel input. Best would be either Panasonic AG-MX70 or AW-SW350 . Also has to be PAL compatible.
