Looking for threadless lens adapter

Hi. I've got a panasonic MX2000, and i'm going to south america with it next month. I've been searching for a threadless adapter for it, for a wide angle lens, and a UV filter, and so far no luck. It's not got the threads on it, but rather, the nipple on the top inside of the lens. If anyone can show me where to get such a thing, it would be great. Thank you.
