HomeHelp, tape stuck. Also comes on with condensation/ operation paused We have had problems with this camera since 12/03 when we got it. We intermittently get a message saying condensation- operation paused and now the tape is stuck, the casing opens but won't open to allow removal of the tape. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!!

Did you happen to get your camera at Costco? I got mine 12/03 at Costco, and we are having the same problem, except my little door with the tape now won't stay shut! After reading about all the condensation error complaints, I'm going to try and return the thing and get my $$ back! Wish me luck, and the same to you! |
