Dear Stacy, I have read your post on the ‘Pechorin’ web site, and you mention to contact you regarding error code problems. I have a SONY DCR-TRV940E, and have an error code C31:22/23/40 appearing on the display. It will not let me use the camera. I have tried leaving it in the same room for long periods in case of condensation (like the manual advises), and have put a cleaning tape in it. However, the camera still continues to not function.
