Home | First message in thread | Previous messageSenita, Since you did not give what model of camcorder you have, I am assuming you are getting a lens cap error on your camcorder in record mode. Go to JVC.com > service & support > customer notifications and click on the CCD notification. IF your model # is listed on that screen, you are entitled to a free repair. IF your model is not listed, there may be another issue causing your problem and you will need to call (800) 252-5722 to get the problem addressed by JVC.
