need help

Hi hi have a problem with powering up! I plug in and all is normal, then i hit the power button and it makes a high pitch squiel and not from the speakers. I had a look and there was a burnt out tracks too 2 big resistors. The resistors arnt burnt so i wired them back too normal and still has the same problem. Any ideas apreciated
