Help me! I cant get this to work

I recently picked up this camera from a pawn shop, and when it powers up, the screen states to push the reset button. Once that is done, the screen states "Needs to be serviced" What do I need to do? And how can I fix this without spending a fortune. Also, it will not focus or zoom. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks
