DVD spin up motor failed ~ SONY DVP NC 600, ser. 1014682 Laser head and positioning Assy P/N KHM-2 4DAA 2nd line ~ 20310CD 3rd line ~ 243421

the Motor won't spin up the DVD/CD. A couple of time I have gotten it to spin up by manually starting. I appears the motor brushed block assy or brushes have failed. the head positioning motor appears ok and searches in and out on its plane of travel. the Laser Appears OK but you must replace the entire assy So, is a head assembly available? If needed I can provide jpeg photos. Thanks, Roy
