Home | Previous messageI have a JVC GR-D30U video camera. When I turn it on it tells me to remove the lens cap. When I remove the cap I still have no picture and it still tells me to remove the lens cap. What would you suggest? Thank You Tommy Brooks

Go to JVC.com > service and support > and then click on customer notification on the left side of the page. There you will find information as to get the "Lens Cap" problem repaired under warranty. Hope this helps. |
