first ask manufacturer or agent of your brand. what brand and model is it anyway?

ok i looked up what a ccd is. it sounds very much like what would cause this. i need to know how much it is usually to replace it? and how hard it is to do. my stepfather works on electronics and he's pretty good if it's something he can fix i will get him to do it. thanks so much for your answer i truly appreciate it. i have two little girls who am missing growing up because i can't record them, it's frustrating thanks again
