Do not buy JVC Projector HD61Z886

I have a JVC TV Projector HD61Z886. I bought it 11 months ago, and for the last two and a half months it has not worked. Two parts were replaced and still does not work. I am still waiting for a third part. This is not acceptable as this TV is brand new. JVC makes you wait between two and three weeks for the new parts. In Customer Service they are nasty, unsupportive and honestly speaking do not care at all. This is a horrible experience. I have been treated as nothing, and therefore I will never ever buy a JVC product. Will sell this TV once the third part is replaced.
