My JVC DVL310U, NEED HELP

My JVC GR-DVL310u camcorder constantly showed a 'E04 Error, Remove and Replace Battery' and refused to play or record . Also asking Cleaning' even though I cleaned, also sometime showed a E03 Error, safeguard PLEASE HELP
